We recommend scheduling within 24–48 hours after the contractors have finished and all major debris has been removed. However, we can also do a preliminary cleanup during the construction phase if needed.
2Do you remove construction debris or just clean?
We remove light debris such as packaging, small offcuts, and protective coverings. For large debris like drywall scraps or lumber, we can arrange haul‑away at an additional cost, or you can have your contractor remove it first.
3What if I’m not happy with a spot after you leave?
We offer a 24‑hour re‑clean guarantee. If you notice any missed areas within one day, we’ll come back and fix them free of charge.
4Do you use eco‑friendly products?
Yes, we use biodegradable, non‑toxic cleaning solutions that are safe for new surfaces, pets, and people. For tough construction residue, we use industrial‑grade products that are still low‑VOC
